A legal registered address (ladungsfähigen Adresse) is a postal address at which a company can be found. This address must be registered with the commercial register (Handelsregister) and must appear in the imprint of your website.
Your mail is scanned ready to be accessed via their app or website. You can also download your mail to view it, if you prefer.
Immediately after receiving it, your mail is scanned and uploaded to its server. Once the files have been successfully uploaded, the mail is conveniently available digitally.
The originals can be sent to you if you request them at the cost of the postage. The original documents will be sent to you after the end of a calendar year at the latest.
Parcels can also be accepted and forwarded - this is an extra service that is billed separately.
Certain businesses, including incorporated companies (e.g., GmbH, UG), need to register a business address with the commercial register (Handelsregister). This is done via a notary appointment - something we can organise for you.
Yes, your business address can and must appear in the imprint of your website. Also, don’t forget all the other mandatory information. You can find more about the imprint of UG/GmbH here.
