Employer identification number - firma.de

Apply for the employer identification number (Betriebsnummer)

Before hiring your first employee in Germany you must apply for a Betriebsnummer, which allows you to pay the required social insurance contributions. This number must also be used in all communications with health insurance companies and the DRV (German statutory pension insurance scheme). This must be applied for at the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit).

We can save you time and hassle by filling out the application form and answering any questions you may have about the application process.
