Formation services for international founders (non-EU)

In Germany, if you are a founder from outside of the EU or EEA, forming a company can get very complicated. Therefore, if one or more shareholders in your founding team come from a so-called Drittland (a ‘third-country’ which is not part of the EU/EEA), specialist guidance on company incorporation is a must.

We've put together a booster package that meets all your needs as an international founder. Drawing from our accumulated experience of helping thousands of people from all backgrounds incorporate companies, we give you everything you need to get to get started in the fastest way possible.

NB: This is an add-on service that must be purchased with our standard UG or GmbH formation package.
